At Fedele’s Chocolates, we open our Pembroke facility (by online reservation only) for a few weeks each year to local groups to experience a behind the scenes tour of Fedele’s Chocolates and the opportunity to make some delicious chocolates.

Our tours have been very popular over the years and fill up fast. All bookings are done online at a time and date to be announced in early January. Tours run 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of participates and their interest level.

Tours are designed for ages 7 thru 13 and a group size ranging from seven (7) to twenty (20) kids with one adult chaperone per 5 children.

Our time is very interactive with the children, from seeing the way our dipping machine works, as well as getting to participate in the key operations of the machine. We also demonstrate how non-pariels are made and each child will make their own row of this classic confection. Other aspects of the demonstrations include the making of chocolate pops, peanut butter cups and how hollow chocolate shapes are made.

The tour includes samples of each participant’s favorite Jelly Belly flavor, a small box of our award winning fudge, the chocolates they made while on the tour, and a coupon for their next visit to Fedele’s.

Cost per person is: $12.00 which pays for the samples and extra staff needed to provide the tour.
Full payment is required (either via check or credit card) within 30 days of booking to keep date.
